With all the information available about drug use and abuse, one area that often goes undiscussed is marijuana and education. There’s plenty of education about the drug, but not as much information about how the drug affects your ability to learn. If you need treatment for marijuana addiction, or if the use of the drug is affecting your educational or career goals, we can help. At Crestview Recovery, we understand how addiction works, and how marijuana and education can become two opposing forces in your life. With the right treatment, though, you can get back to a healthy life and a bright future.
Marijuana and Education: Choosing Your Path in Life
When you use marijuana and other types of drugs, concentration and other brain functions can be more difficult. You may not be able to retain information as easily or recall that information when you need it. You also might struggle with deadlines, personal interaction, timeliness, and other areas of life that are important. If marijuana use is getting in the way of your education, you can get treatment to help. Most don’t talk about marijuana and education in that context all the time. But looking at the issue that way can help you see where the problems are. We can help you move past those problems since we offer:
- Extended care (90-day program)
- Individual therapy
- Trauma therapy
- Dual diagnosis treatment
- Master-level therapists
- A 30-bed facility
We are serious about addressing the issue of marijuana and education, and we want to see you succeed. We treat all substances, as well, so if you face other addiction or mental health issues, we can help. Don’t settle for less than quality treatment. There are limited options in the Pacific Northwest, and we are working hard to fill the gap and make sure everyone who needs treatment can get it. To do that, we offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and aftercare treatment to men and women who are 18 and older. Our insurance-based payment helps you get the treatment you need, as well.
Work With People Who Care About Your Recovery
We know you need to focus on your health and well-being, and we want to be a part of that. We offer quality treatment, but we also have an amenities program that includes white water rafting, skiing, and snowboarding. We’re Joint Commission accredited, too, so you know you’ll get the quality treatment you deserve. No matter how long you’ve been facing addiction, you have the opportunity to recover. Even if you’ve sought treatment before and been unsuccessful, help and hope are available. The important thing is to work with people who are dedicated to helping you have a better life and a bright, happy future.
Marijuana doesn’t have to take that future from you. Our dedicated professionals are here to make sure you get the support and guidance that matters to you. We know that it’s not always easy to seek treatment. But we also know how important it is and how valuable it can be for your present and future. With therapists and others who are focused on you, you can ask questions, get the guidance, and learn the tools and coping skills you need to recover and be successful in the future. We’re here to help you do that, and we want to be the ones to take you out of addiction and down the road to a full, complete recovery.
