Drug Rehab Center Services at Crestview
Our services are comprehensive; meaning, we can guide you as you get to the next level of recovery. You have access to several different types of treatment, including:
- Women’s drug rehab program
- Trauma therapy program
- Gender specific group therapy
- Individual therapy program and group therapy program
- Holistic treatment program
- Evidence-based treatment
One of our most successful programs is our 90-day rehab program. When you have three months to get clean and get well, you are more likely to succeed once you re-enter normal life. Our dual diagnosis program helps you work on both your addiction and your mental health issues at the same time. It is a more well-rounded approach to treatment.
Detox: The First Step to Recovery
The first stop at our drug addiction treatment center is detox. What can you expect from detox? Within the first 12 to 24 hours, you start to experience withdrawal symptoms. These will be light at first but get more intense. Your symptoms may include:
- Mood changes, anxiety, or depression
- Hallucinations or disorientations
- Insomnia or hypersomnia
- Muscle aches, trembling, or chills
- Extreme cravings
- An overall feeling of restlessness
Crestview Recovery Center will be with you every step of the way. We offer medication-assisted treatment as well as a range of holistic therapies. These can help reduce the effects of withdrawal and give you the strength to get through detox.
Rehab: The Next Step to Recovery
Once you complete your detox, your therapist will meet with you to go over your addiction treatment options. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and talk about your addiction. We will assess your addiction and any mental issues you may have. Finally, we will develop a treatment plan that works for you.
We offer a multidisciplinary approach to treatment that includes both evidence-based and holistic treatment. We also offer dual diagnosis treatment to treat both addiction and psychological problems. Our goal is to help you fully recovery while bringing you to a healthy level of wellness.
Aftercare: An Ongoing Process
Once you complete your drug addiction treatment program, you will be ready to go back to your normal life. However, re-entering your daily routine can be challenging. The aftercare program at Crestview Recovery Center offers several options for ongoing treatment once you complete your initial program.
You can continue to participate in your 12 step treatment program. We can also help you find a support group that meets here in Portland or in the Lake Oswego area. You also have the option of meeting with your therapist weekly or as often as needed. If you are feeling stressed out and need an alternative to relapse, then don’t forget our holistic treatment programs such as yoga, acupuncture, or meditation.
