Addiction Treatment Programs
Our addiction treatment programs at our alcohol rehab center near Black Diamond are available to meet your unique recovery needs. Each client has different needs when it comes to recovery, and we are here to meet all those needs. Our treatment proƒgrams include partial hospitalization, extended care treatment, outpatient treatment, monitoring and support, and continuing care. Below is some more information about each program.
Partial Hospitalization
When the withdrawal process of your journey is over, it’s a good time to consider partial hospitalization. Even though 30 days sounds like a long time, this period of your recovery is also very important. A relapse can happen if you do not have the right support system in place to help you during this crucial time. Even better, with other clients and staff around at all times, you will never be alone.
Extended Care Treatment
After your partial hospitalization treatment is over, you will want to transition to extended care treatment. This part of treatment lasts 30 to 90 days, based on your where you are in recovery and your progress through your program. We will help you use tools to cope with staying healthy and sober in the long run.
Outpatient Treatment
Our outpatient treatment program is in place to transition our clients back into the real world successfully. This is a dangerous and challenging time for clients, but we are here to support you until you can successfully live your day-to-day life on your own without our support and dangers of a relapse.
Monitoring and Support
We are here to monitor and support you, even after your treatment ends. We recommend you come in for testing and to talk to your case manager weekly for the first six months of your sobriety. This can help keep you and your support team accountable for your continuing success in sobriety.
Continuing Care
The most challenging year of sobriety is the first year, and we won’t leave you alone after treatment ends. Our alumni program keeps graduates in contact with each other for support. We even have a family program available to keep everyone in contact with each other for at least the first year of sobriety.
